does anybody know were to get parts for a 2000 kymco Pulsar LUXE or even universal parts or even what the bike engine is based on?

Where are you located? hear in the U.S. I call these cats: http://www.kymcopartsonline.com/catalog/ . Also, I don't know the Pulsar Luxe, put if it's a scooter it's engine is probably some type of a GY6. Hope this helps.

im located in Uk and its a motor bike its the older version of a Ck 125 i really cant find anything

Wow, I looked up the KYMCO Pulsar. She is a nice looking motorcycle. We don't get those here in the U.S.  Good luck finding what you need!

In that case if i was you i would buy if from a dealer kymco has a huge dealer network acrosss the uk i live in Huddersfield i have a dealer local where i bought my bike from If you go to kymco.co.uk you can find your nearest dealer on there site i hope that helps
