Could also be altitude. Lower air density will reduce power. Also they may not be giving a true liter along with poorer quality fuel. lower octanes or higher quantity of ethanol could be culprits. I m pretty much at sea level and only use high test fuel.............

I am quit a bit higher in wester Canada and use regular fuel with about 10% ethanol. Not that much difference between Tanware and mine. Also I rode in a lot colder weather last fall.
