Anyone else have this? I only feel acceleration for the first 3/4 of the throttle. After that is sounds louder, but actually will slow down a couple mph's..... ???

Sorry guys, stock scoot. Not sure if the original owner had it jetted. He did have it derestricted...... The biggest dead spot of the last 1/4 of the throttle above 8,000rpm. I actually have to let off the throttle a little to maintain 48-50mph. I was thinking it was too much air(leaning out) at that rpm... and the stock jetting cant supply enough gas. Lemme know what you think.

Get a new plug for a "chop" Just run for a minute at wot to see if the new plug fouls (rich) or leans out (white).

Just checked my plug, its a burnt orange color. Only a little sediment around the edges. Is this typical?
