Try 1-2gr heavier on the rollers to get the top end back. Get GOOD rollers because the heavier spring puts more wear on them.

..it also allows you to install a slightly longer belt than oem...

..that'll give you a bit more top-end, but you might have to further tune rollers...

..DONT install a longer belt unless your scoot has a set of driven pulleys that are not restricted...

Here is a picture me on my other bike :) I wish my kymco went like this 0-60 5.3 seconds max speed 100 mph in 9.7 seconds.
