Hey guys,
I'm flippin w/o the z and wanted to get your opinion on a probably dumb brain fart...
I have another rear hub now. What could/would the chances be of installing the hub and fix the "wobble" i have from the gear screw-up.
Re-install with different shaft and rock-on???

What caused it? I forgot.
If its the hub thats bad... replace it. Got to fix whatever caused it too. Reminds me I gotta get a gasket.

Where is it the "wobble" coming from...the wheel itself, or the output shaft from the final reduction? The only thing you can really do is replace the output shaft bearing. I had to do that on mine...turns out the shaft itself is worn also. Oh well...I accidentally ordered an output shaft for an S9...still have it too! However, after replacing just the bearing I don't notice it anymore...before it was getting scarey! Anyone need a S9 output shaft?

It looks the same as the one for the ZX but longer to accommodate the rear disc. Thought about a conversion for a minute...then decided it's not worth it. My rear brake works just fine as is.

I'm looking for a Minarelli long case w/ disc. The ZX brake has never been an issue. I got the Malossi shoes 4 years ago. Just fine.

WOW....
Everybody done forgot the rear end gear damage i had recently...
Pics posted of it as well....
well, maybe one side being fixed would help it not to happen again, but i'm afraid it will..
I can get one ride out of her anyway

Didn't forget the thread just the Cause. You have to nail down the cause.
I gave a way a short case awhile ago (attached to a jog) Those tiny scoots just don't feel right. I need a long case rear disc for a custom case drag project I have in mind.Dual 14-17mm carbs directed forward underneath the engine. The intake will be moved from the top to the bottom of the cases along with dual reed cages. I have been looking for a MX jug/head to adapt to the cases too. Got some Crazy cfm numbers in my head that need to be put into a scooter engine.

I should say that the 100mph mark is the goal. Maybe not in the 1/8th mile but still the goal.

NEVER! I'm looking at a spree frame to reinforce/strip to the bone. This is a TRACK only project just to see if I can outsmart the engineers. I imagine it will be almost 5 1/2' long at the wheels, and 20" tall at the seat. They opened the airfield here to weekend speed trials. NO head to head just times.
