How to re-attach instrument panel

Hi guys,

While riding my GV I went into a small opening/gap on the road which is about the size of our front tire it was deep enough that when I came out the bounce my left side mirror was flip frontward and my instrument panel came off (wires still attach and still working) so what I did I was able to re-attach the panel back to its position but now its no longer as solid as original. I assumed something did snap inside the panel.

My question is how to get into the instrument panel so I can re-attach it?

Can't recall the attachment for sure,  but recommend pulling up the Parts Page
from a Kymco Parts Supplier (i.e. Stadium Yamaha).  These bikes having all plastic
body parts,  sooner or later you'll discover fatigue wear and tab breakage just from
normal operation.  I find it best to have tubes of JB weld always around for a more
permanent repair.   Anyway...If you can determine your failure mode and/or fix from the
parts page,  then you can determine what you'll need to do.   Don't forget,  you can always
incorporate double sided velcro and even magnets.  And don't forget the hardware, Lowes
Menards for special screws,  clip on nuts, etc.   If you really need Kymco Parts,  you'll be set
back 2-3 weeks waiting on them.   So don't overlook a simple fix that you can do yourself.

There are mounting bosses inside the fairing that most likely snapped. Crazy glue works best for me. Next epoxy, and finally melting them back in with a soldering iron, and some scrap plastic similar to welding.
