agility 50 bendix/throw out gear/electric start.

Anyone know if the agility 50 electric start bendix/throw out gear is supposed to have a bush or washer on the end of it where it goes into the outer half of the cvt casing?

I dont ever remember mine having one but im sure i read somewhere on here that it was meant to have one there? Anyone confirm this?
