Hi i want to ask if i have a boss restriction because i heard that with it i should be able to go 45 mph and with replacing it with a smooth one or grinding it it could reach 50mph and when i reach around 45 mph my exhaust starts poping like crazy and i feel like it suddenly stops and it can't go more but it wants to. Im pretty sure i have a boss restriction but i want to ask just to make sure
