I was wondering if there was a way I can bypass my secondary air filter down by my floorboard

..yes, you can do away with it alltogether, but why would you want to?

Because the scooter idles perfect with out it, how do I go about by passing it, I'm talking bout the one down in front Of the motor by the battery

..just by removing tubes and plugging ports...

..check all your vacuum tubes and connections...

Secondary Air Cleaner
Filter

It filters the fresh air drawn for re-burning to
prevent dirt or dust from affecting the operation of
the air injection cut-off valve.


Air Injection Cutoff Valve

Prevent exhaust muffler noise and backfiring at sudden deceleration.
The air injection cut-off valve usually opens to
lead air into the exhaust muffler in which air is reburned
to reduce CO.2 When the throttle valve
closes suddenly, the air injection cut-off valve is
actuated by vacuum to close and cut off secondary
air in order to prevent exhaust muffler backfiring
due to air in the exhaust system.


Reed Valve
Controls the secondary air inlet to reduce CO.2

When the motorcycle speed is less than 50km per
hour, the reed valve operates to draw secondary
air into the exhaust system for re-combustion.

yea you can just blind them off. my mate has completely done away with his s.a.s.  the new naraku head im getting dosnt have the secondary air system on it so i can do away with mine aswell. i mean its not like an agility makes that much polution....does it?? either way my sas will be obsolete when i fit the new cylinder and head.

i still have the hoses connected but they arnt doing much..hasnt affected the bike at all which is good. completely up to you what you do.
