PoliniCUP 2009 Live Broadcast, May 2nd & 3rd!

Hey All you Kymco riders,

I thought you all might like to check out the Live Broadcast of the 2009 Polini USA Cup.

MopedTV will be in Atwater, California next week, May 2nd and 3rd covering the entire event live.

This event features:
-Scooters
-Pocketbikes
-Mopeds
-Gopeds
-Gokarts

In addition to the racing we will have interviews with the riders and tuners, the Saturday night party and the Sunday awards ceremony. This is the second race and broadcast in what's shaping up to be an amazing season. Pocket bikes were really bringing their A game, you should have seen 12 year old Valentine lapping almost everyone on the track, she was hardcore. The adult racers fought some great battles and some pro racers out from Georgia were in town to shake things up. Mopeds showed up in huge numbers and are ready to make a name for themselves in the 2 stroke racing community. Go Peds, Scooters and Quads also made a great showing, there were some really fast scooters, dare devil Gopeders, and gokarts doing power slides like madmen.


With almost 4,000 viewers from over 50 countries, the live broadcast proved to be a unique viewing experience. With an integrated chat room, an "on-demand" section with tons of videos and replays and chance to interact live with the racers and ask them questions, this is an event not to be missed!

Only 18 hours till the broadcast begins!  We have some cool news too.  There will be 2 "Twist and go" classes, a 50cc and 72cc.  Any of the bikes in those CC ranges may enter so it could be awesome chaos.  Mopeds vs Pocket Bikes vs Scooters vs Pit Bikes vs Tigers........ just kidding but it will be Epic.

MopedTV is currently on the way to Atwater California for the PoliniUSA Cup furiously editing the footage that will be projected and broadcast Saturday night.  Here is the schedule for the weekend, It might change a little so watch all day long =)

Saturday
4pm PST : Some test broadcasts and fun stuff during the practice laps
6pm PST : Broadcast officially begins with the party and live music
8pm PST : Viewing of the edited footage from last month with the party

Sunday
8am PST : Qualifying laps begin for all classes
11am PST : First Heat of the races
1pm PST : Break with interviews and helmet cam footage
2pm PST : Second Heat of the races
4pm PST : Award Ceremony
