new member hello topboy cobra and people 50 owner

 :)i have a topboy cobra for almost 1 year this is a work horce,kymco makes great heavy duty scooters.last week i purchase a used people 50cc 2003 with 15000 miles,for 300 dlls its in bad shape , i nead to replace some body parts, also y want to see if a can install a chinese complete engine or just put a upgrade cilinder 70cc kit,were can i buy a good big bore kit for my 2 stroke people 50CC, is this a good idea,also were can i find cheap used body parts for my kymco.,thanks

Hi pancho, i don't really know about your other questions but as far as the cheap body parts i think your best bet is to find anotherr kymco people 50 that does not run or better yet does not have an engine but still has good body components. than you could just use it as a spare parts scooter. Finding one like that and spending 150-200$ will be cheaper than buying the parts individually probably. otherwise, you could phone the kymco guys over in taiwan and i am sure they could send you brand new body parts for half the price you would find them here (plus shiping of course, whiwch would vary depending on what part you get). finally, your last bet is to check ebay and craiglist for your parts, that is where i would go first if i was looking for used parts or used anything for that matter. good luck on your kymco people! their really great scoots!
