where are the fuses located ?

my cousin needs help , as a lazy boy he is he didn't remove the battery during winter
so now the battery is likely completly discharged he wanted to start the moto using car battery connected with jumper cables , but he connected them wrong so he destroyed fuses but dont know where are they located?
and what power are the fuses..
the xciting is 2005 EUROPE and he says the fuses are blown i dont know if he is right
waiting for a detailed comment..

Under a little plastic cover next 2 the battery on the right side as u look at battery. The battery should be thrown out, but before u do, fully charge it, and start the bike with the battery. Then get a new one if he can ride it (if it starts & runs fine)? I would not jump it from a car. :-*

sissy  mary thanks for the help dude ,  i got a message a few minutes ago he said that now everything its alright he changed the fuses and started the xciting

There is another fuse positioned at the left side of the battery. To reach it you need to take the seat off.
