up dated picture............

scoot is up and running realy good took it out for a long drive .
5.5 gram rollers
new belt
rebuild clutch
a little new wireing.....lol
new battery
open air filter
and a 90 jet.
now she purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrs.gets up to 45 to 48 easy.
gets up hills at 35 or better.............
And im loven it.
thanks guys for all the help.........this fourm is the best....................

 :) :) :) :) :) :) Good to hear. Im just glad it all worked out cos i know theres nothing worse than having a problem with something that you know is just some small stupid thing but it fu©ks up everything  :D

I just hope you aint jinxed it again.......

Remember a few weeks ago when you posted how sweet it was all running and then................lol.

Keep on scooting Blue, just not so much on the "fixin" please  ;D

Did you up-jet straight from #80 to #90? I've upgraded the variator, rollers and just up-jetted to a #82 but you've got me thinking of going up to #90!  ;D

80-82 is the righ jetting unless you upgrage to open filter like blue has. then jetting may be early 90ts ish. depending on some agilitys the jetting may be 82 already. some are 80 jets some are 82. when derestricting the boss and cdi thats normaly when you would up jet to 82 jet

I started with 85 then went to little over 90 but now im back to 85 the plug is burning just right for my set up......and also the hose comeing off the open air filter is a little narrow befor it gos in to the carb.That helps the air flow better.
