Hello everyone. What I'm thinking about doing is to convert my scooter from a carburetor setup, to a fuel injection setup. I guess, I would like some pointers and what equipment to buy, or obtain. I guess I would need a injection pump, and intake to match. Was more concerned with ignition sources, and such. Thanks in advance for any advice you all may have. I read that is possible to do this conversion on any scooter. Injection gets more horsepower and more cost effective to run. Please feel free to place your comments, suggestions, thanks in advance.

Hi Rudolf, there are lots of kits in the web, but specific for the GV I don't know. Personally, I won't do it because of a lot of factors involved, not unless I'm a certified gearhead.  I'll stick with the stock and just tune the engine properly including the cvt to get better performance. Or if I really want a fuel injected ride, I'll trade my scoot with another that has one.  Welcome to the forum....

If you want to tinker with it buy a kit. It will have everything you need.
I've seen them advertised for $400. Fuel injection is nice!

Here's a link to someone doing the same thing;
