You can see in the previous picture how my marker lights used to look, broken and hanging from the wires...i bought the scoot that way...below is a pic of how it looks now.
i removed the old broken lights and trashed em...the rear lights were shorter and pristine, only problem with the rear lights was where the rear light brackets attached to the body, the body plastic was cracked...i put red LED pods where the rear lights were which covered the cracks in the body plastic and reversed the front brackets by removing the alignment tabs...this allowed the shorter lights from the rear to tuck in closer on the front
I also put amber LED marker lights on the handlebar housing...partially for increased visability but also once i get a blinker module for LED lights i will be eliminating the stock lights as blinkers and wiring them along with the gauge lights so they function as running lights...or i might just remove them all together, not sure.
