While a picture may be a thousand words next time a bit more description would be helpful. The picture was (for me) so dark that I couldn't tell what it was. I still can't tell what the problem is.

WOW! That variator has definitely had its use! I just got my agility, what if any problems have you had since you got yours and have you done any mods?

...only "problems" i've had were of my own doing...I couldn't find a "Service Manual" for the longest time after I first bought my scoot...(Dec 08)...keep thet crankcase oil changed and ur valves adjusted....then follow the service manual's guidelines on the routine service....
keep that oil changed more often if you ride for extended periods...or in really hot weather...

..there's a drain plug on the bottom of the case...i think its a 14mm or 17mm hex ....just remove the plug, and the strainer...clean that if needed...put the new oil in the dip-stick hole...

Oh! The engine oil right? Sorry I'm such a newbie, but you mean the regular engine oil, like 10w 40 right? theres no gear oil on these things right, no gears.
