Well I read about it on a Clone engine site. People buy Lifan or other motors and install
them in old Honda's who's motors have seen better days. Someone said his was slow and
would only go 40 MPH (most people get 50 MPH). He said he bought a CDI from a Honda
CM200 or something. I know it was a 200 but not sure the model. If you look at your CDI
and count the pins, then look for a used Honda one on Ebay with the same number of pins
you should be all set. If I can find the place that said that I'll post the info here...
EDIT: Here is the info I had saved it
"After mucho frustration that my 138 (actual 130cc) engine has very
little more horsepower than my 70cc, I changed from the green
connector CDI to the 2 connector XR200 CDI.
Before it was dead after 7500 rpm and now it is pulling strong at 8500"
