Agility 50 - 72cc very low top speed

First, sorry for my bad english...  :'(

I have this scoot, it is good enough but top speed... Accelerlation is fine, but max speed is just 51.3kmh (32MPH)...

I don't know anything about CDI, but when I bought scoot, mechanic told me to restriction is removed...

Can anybody help me please, in my country driving season starts...

check out youtub its your best friend when doing things to your scoot. typ in the name of your scoot and what you wana learn and you will be happy,

There are multiple restrictions in new scooters are you sure all have been removed?

It is possible whoever put the 72cc kit in set the timing chain wrong or something...

Did you change your belt? might be a short belt...

I guess you checked the basics 1st like a worn belt, worn rollers, wrong main jet etc? That will drop your top speed?
