i joined this forum 3 yrs ago as complete noob..ive learned so much from reading this forum and others. my bike was a mostly stock 2005 super 9 lc. derestricted. since then i have added the following. 72cc malossi kit, open K&n filter 20mm intake, carbon reeds, 19mm dellorto carb jetted to 105, malossi variator ( removed plastic spacer added 10mph to top speed!!), 6.5 gram dr pulley sliders,leovince exhaust, 30% contra spring and polini 743/20/30 belt. travels 59 GPS mph on flat ground @ 10k rpm. what an amazing machine! mods started slow then suddenly a kit rebuild and i cant stop!! its a never ending cycle. one more mod = another mod! ive enjoyed tuning this bike to no end.
next project is new tires. so i am wondering is there an upgraded size that can be used?? like wider or maybe taller? currently using 130/70-12 rear 120/70-12 front. any ideas welcome!
