My dealer did a poor job of prepping mine too.
Upon delivery I found both tires at 10 pounds too much air. Miserably hard ride....I backed off the rear shock setting - then discovered the issue with the tires. Put them back to 25 and 29, reset the shocks and the ride is much better! (my Toyota dealer does the same thing - have to reset the air in the tires after every service - I think their automatic setting air hoses need recalibrated. They just squirt - never check afterwards.

Took my Like in to have the new set of Michelin City Grips put on -----all went well, $152 to install them. Nearly chipped a tooth on the ride home.
Should have checked 'em before starting for home: 37 psi in both tires. Let them cool, then took them down to 25 and 29 per the manual. BIG difference in ride quality!
