Just a quick guess that maybe your idle is set fast...

The People 250 manual says 1700rpm at idle, so assuming the engines are similar, yours may be a little high. My People 250 also has a bit of vibration at idle, but applying the brake causes a lot of it to go away, sitting at idle.

Sounds like the vibration  your  describing  is  clutch  related..Just  lock  the rear brake and the vibration  changes  + or  -...Front alone, wont cause  any  change..

Guess I should have asked if it was sitting on the centerstand or what?
