Recommended air filter upgrade?
« on: April 08, 2014, 03:24:02 AM »
So I am now starting to get ready to upgrade the Sup9 with the 70cc kit and such.

What recommendations do you have for an air filter upgrade that doesn't make the scooter sound like I actually removed the muffler?

So it really doesn't make much difference in upgrading it for more breathability?

Of course more air means more power but you said you dont want it to sound like you removed the muffler. Stick with the stock airbox at first and drill 1 - 2 holes if needed. Tune the 70cc, break it in, then go for the open filter. 1 step at a time :)

So is there a specific place and also size of what the holes should be?
