engine light blinks out 11

I read in the service manual how to get trouble codes from the light.  It blinked a long blink and one short blink and repeated after a few seconds.  So, I gather that means trouble code eleven.  I read in the service manual word for word: " ignition circuit malfunction.  1. The confirmation light the front line turn electric resistance weather in the specification?   2.  Does the confirmation light the front line turn and deal with contact, connect line and haven't moved and break road?  (the ECU pin 12).  3.  Does the conformation light the front turn weather power supply is normal or not?  4.  If still appear an abnormality, depend on to change weather the new article process confirmation light the front light turn an abnormality or not?"

This is beyond me to understand.   It's English all right but you would think that Kymco could hire one English speaking person to help with the writing of manuals and such.  The scoot seems to work perfect.  Does anyone know what this really means?   Thanks.

Good one! The Yager manual reads the same and pin 12 on the ECU is a no connect!

I do a lot of stuff that requires me to translate German to English.
This wording looks like they sent sentences in their language through google/translate., and then printed the result.

It's English , sort of, and gibberish, even if it is trying to tell you something.
