was very impressed riding the DT 300 i for the 1st time yesterday.(other than the monsoon we got caught in from Deland Florida to Jacksonville Florida ) but we live in florida it's gonna happen.this DT 300 has some awesome power i was riding next to 2 Burgman 650 and they were even suprized on the take off and top end.as i was..nice riding smooth cruising scooter.just need to fix the seat to give me some more leg room then i'll be 100% happy camper.anyways i appreciate all the info before i bought it :)

Nice to hear you are enjoying your Downtown.  I love mine and I have nothing to compare it to as far as scooters go.

My husband, the Harley rider, was surprised at the quick acceleration that the Downtown has.   :)
