Kevlar / Carbon Fibre brake pads

Has anyone used these?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/KYMCO-GRANDVISTA-PEOPLE-250-KEVLAR-CARBON-FRONT-BRAKE-PADS-03-04-05-06-07-08-09-/320858242909?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr&hash=item4ab4a43f5d#ht_4553wt_893
I know, from 'That Web Site' but the recommendations at the bottom and at other web sites specifically for Kevlar Carbon Fibre really rank them highly.
Two questions ... do they last?
Do they keep galling the rotor at a minimum?
Any experience with these will be appreciated.

If I needed pads for my '06 People, I might give these a try. However, for that price I would keep my expectations to a minimum.
Try them an see. I'll be very interesting in your experience with them.

Most after market pads are carbon/kevlar/polyester/tin/copper based. They are referred to as Metallic, or Semi metallic. The pads using Kevlar WILL cut down your rotors not gall them. You have to be careful to inspect your "wear pattern" on the rotor using them as "hot spots" in the material mix can cut through rotors in short order. Cheaper pads tend to show this much more than quality brands.
Once again I recommend Malossi brand.

Has anyone ever replaced the rear brake pads on a Kymco Grandvista 250? I have been looking online but none of the pictures match the picture I took of my worn-out rear brake pads?
