For weeks - Snow, and more snow...add in 4 days below zero.
Had the old LIKE on a battery tender for 2+ weeks, with a touch of Stabil in the full tank of 93 BP.
7 degrees at 4:30 this morning - pushed it a few 100 yards to get clear of the ice & hard packed/icy snow in the neighborhood and then
Bob's Your Uncle! I was off commuting to work on my scooter!
Love the fuel injection - scoot fired quickly & settled into a nice idle after many days of sitting in very cold temps.
After I got home (pushed it 200 yards over the ice) I took the
garden sprayer and rinsed it thoroughly.
Snow again tonight. City bus tomorrow, probably - as I have been caught out 2 X by sketchy forecasting -snowed on me coming home from work. Scootering in an Ohio small town is exciting enough - don't need to be adding snow to the equation.
But boy it felt good today to hear that Kymco purring under me! Didn't see any other 2 wheelers oot n' a boot. Strange - not even the girl on the pink Vespa.
