Test Drive Kymco 700
« on: March 16, 2014, 02:28:52 AM »
Today I tested the New Kymco 700 It has lots of power handles well but I'm 5'9" and my feet barely touch on tip toes, seat is high. On my 300I my feet are flat on floor. Other than power and handling that is it, I actually was very disappointed, Small unlovable storage in front small windshield, specially this is a cruiser..
Seat is fixed not adjustable like the 500, No parking hand brake like the 500. For $10,000.00 its not a worth it. There are other better choices with many more features at the $10,000.00 range.
I think Kymco made a mistake, need to drop price drastically. Closer to the 500 price. The 500 has a lockable front storage, adjustable seat and parking brake. at $6,800.00 is has more features. The only feature the dealer could show me was electronic suspension and that I don't care to have electronic manual is fine, needs a larger adjustable windshield lower the seat and make it adjustable add hand parking brake. This is my personal observation.
