Headlight Troubles

I have a 2013 Kymco Agility 50 and whenever I have to ride in the rain moisture gets inside the headlight housing and the bulb burns out. I've been having this problem for 6 months or so and have gone through about 6 bulbs. At first I thought the plastic housing wasn't air tight so I applied some auto epoxy around the seam but that didn't help. I also wrapped some black tape around the wires leading to the headlight because the rubber tube around the wires would hold water inside. That also didn't help. The scooter is still under the two year parts and labor warranty so would this apply? Everything else on the scooter is like new. Even if I can't get a replacement part through the warranty is there a site that'll let me purchase the headlight housing and wires? Thank you.

My 07 scoot did the same thing when it was new.I put silcone around the whole light on the outside. there is some elc. grease you can put on the elec. parts so water dont bother it. I also have the relays all wraped in plastic.
