..not sure what that "p" means...

The P is for "Projected Insulator" So this plug is actually a little longer then the standard br8hs. So should I try to find a plug length that would match the thread length of the head?  Weird.

Still confused. Did they do this for compression reasons? Just doesn't look right. I will see if I can try and find a plug that will fit I guess.

Figured it out. Had my friend in Madrid call them to confirm. The kit needs a plug with 19mm length threads. In this case NGK BR9ES. Would have been nice if they would have included this info with the kit. But for  any one that comes across this in the future, that is the plug you need. I would do what I did just to be sure and screw the stock plug in the new head.
