this works great. Just cut the wires off. and drill a hole threw the top so you can stick a small screw driver in it to push down on the insides of it when you turn the scoot over it realy work great on theam cold days.

Please clarify.  Extending the needle down would block fuel flow through the enrichment passageway . . video.

Yes I know what you are doing is blocking off too much gas geting up to the enrichment. which forces more gas to go straight threw the carb.for better start.  I have been doing this for about 2 years now And the scoot starts right up. and on a normal day of 30 * or better I dont need the choke. if ya have a extra choke give it a try and see for your self good luck im sure you will like.
