I'm currently looking at a Kymco people 50. it has 6400 miles and it's never been crashed. the low beam headlight doesn't work but other than that it's in great shape. my concern is that the seller will not let me test drive it. He test drove it in front of me and it looked like it ran great. but he said he wasn't comfortable letting me test drive it. Is this a red Flag??
