Your experience contacting Kymco?
« on: November 23, 2014, 11:23:42 PM »
What has been your experience when contacting KYMCO USA via: getinfo@kymcousa.com  ?

How accurate is the technical information (anwers to our technical questions) ?

Who is at KYMCO to answer these questions......is there an expert KYMCO power-sports tech on the end of our emails?

One dwells on stuff like this when sitting a scoot on a long country road in the sunshine...

I'm lucky I have little need to contact the Kymco Mothership. I have a real live full service dealer with living breathing techs inside. All willing to disburse useful info.

It obvious that the accessories and the instructions are of Asian origin not South Carolina.

Kymco has a "help line"? Who knew.
Maybe they can help w/ my George Foreman grill. The grease runs out all over the counter.

Same problem here.
What I do now is just put my head under the counter and let the grease drip onto my head.
That way I can go for the full "Bowser" look......
