how many miles Kendas?

How many miles on your stock Kendas? These things  are supposed to go a lot of miles   since they are nylon - they tell me.
And anyone new running Dr Pulleys?

My stock Kendas now have just over 6,700 miles. The front looks about 80% of new and the rears about 70%. So far no complaints with these tires. They do a great job griping the road both in the straights and corners.

Which model Kenda?  I had (still have in the shop) a set of 413's that are not nylon. Kenda is actually know for its soft "race inspired" compounds. That being said... I had a major problem with the tire separating, and it was out of round from day one.
What took it over the top was I had a fuel petcock drip that was landing on the rear tire, and never was enough to show on the floor. It was a VERY minor drip maybe once or twice an hour. That small amount of unseen fuel was enough to swell the compound to the point it became un-ride-able in a few days.

Folks here advised me to get the Kendas off if I was going to do much riding in the rain.
Since this was my full time commuting transport-scooter....I put on a set of Michelins at 400 miles.
I like the Michelins - but then I can'r really compare them to Kendas  since I only had 400 miles riding on them - and only 400 miles riding a scooter. Full stop.
I was pretty careful in the wet until I got them off!

Hi Stig, I know one guy with a 2011 200i and he has about 7,000 miles his Kendas and they still have plenty of tread. Unfortunatley, I had the same promblem that Zombie did. My rear tire was out of round. It was really uncomforable at above 40 mph. Apparently, Kenda made a batch of wonky tires. I switched to Shinko white walls. So far I've been happy with them. cochi

For the most part I'm a fair weather rider, but having said that I rode many a times just after the rains on both nicely paved city street and not so nicely paved backcountry roads with no issues. The tires gripped fine in the corners and on twisties. I don't have experience riding with them during a downpour so I can't comment on how they are under such conditions. I would go with what others are saying as you did and upgraded since you ride in the rain and snow to play it safe.
