I like your style Nuggzy! These little 50cc 4t's are the cheapest way to commute at 50MPH you can get.

How do you like the NYC parts? I never tried them. I heard they are better than Nakaru but never tried.

I have a Jasil Var, and old Malossi Delta in a qmb, and really like it. I have been staying w/ the Bando belts tho. They are 2-3 MPH faster than the Gates (which is shorter). I am also using a 20mm cvk carb. Is there much of a difference between 20-24 in top end?

Thanx I think the 24 mm maybe lil over kill probally
would been fine with 20mm but with the bih valve head and a
ncy teflon manifold  suckin all that air I need lil more fuel
I like the trans kit ncy puts out comes with everything and the
secondary slider has two angled slits on it to choose from
I noticed a much smoother ride and acceleration over stock once I
got it tuned to my liken which is alot of low end seeing hows I do alot of
in town riding also the aluminum drive face they put out
is super light and it looks cool ill have to try bando belts next time I replace
mine check it out allways looking for lil more edge thanx.

Which slots did you use i the driven pulley. They have L shape, and sort of a curve shape... Ive been thinking of getting one to try out.
Like you said... Always looking for a little more edge!

it wasn't really l shaped more angled there were two slots and one had more angle and a slight bend in it not as much as my kymco it is l shaped the other slot looked more normal so I went with the more angled one it seemed to have more low end then smoothed out rather than a constent acceleration ..quick question my 2t super came with a 70 main jet what should I upgrade to I have a whole selection of jets just don't know how high to go from 70 I only have the cvt deresticted so far with the ncy kit.

That's too tough a call to really give a straight answer... I run a 152 main in a 74cc Polini Corsa. As I remember I had an 86 main using a Technigas RSII pipe, and OEM jug. 70 sounds awful small so I would try at least an 80 but running, ad plug chops are te only way to really dial it in.

The thing that sucks about 2t's is every little change including rollers need a change of main jet size. I got REAL tired of running 2t's

Check out this thread. It's a bike I've had for 5-6 years... http://www.kymcoforum.com/index.php?topic=11422.0

that scoot looks hella lot fun to ride  I know my way all around a four stroke but this is my first two stroke so I've got some research to do cant be to hard . I love to work on these lil motors it's become a big hooby for me the wife not so much $$$ because I've got the mod fever if ya know what im saying.. so I tried the 78 main jet in my kymco right away noticed more smooth idle and better acceleration but decided to go up to 85 then 80 main and couldn't get it to start   am I missing something  I gave the carb a chance to fill back up and tried a couple times but nothing
does the gas need to get flowing again like a good syphon or something or am I just flooding it or adjust the air fuel mixture I popped the lil cap covering it but really haven't messed with the mixture yet seeing hows the fuel mixture has that weird lil screw in it any thoughts would be much appreciated.

You can cut a slot in the center of that "weird screw" so a flat head screwdriver will work.

As far as it not starting I think it may have just flooded. Give it some time, and try again. It may just be that 80ish is the largest jet it can run in OEM trim.

You will find that 2t's cost 100 times more to modify. I have dealer accounts at most scooter parts shops, and I still spent well over 3 grand on parts. 300 for a good pipe is CHEAP. I returned an 850.00 pipe to Japan because I just couldn't bear to install it. 2t's are fun but cost WAY too much $$$ in the end.

I could have bought a Harley chopped for what I spent on that ZX 50.

I'm sticking to 4t's from now on. That's why I asked about yours.

Yeah I figured that out already parts are more expensive for sure I wanted to try something new I was going to get piaggio typoon 50 4t 4valve head in it but was diggin the style of the super 8 . I know alot of people trash the china scoots but I love the gy6 motors if you know what your doing and actually take care of them there's alot of options for the 4t and parts are widely accessible and cheap so much you can do with them as far as the jetting I think your right I think ill try the 80 main again and give it a shot its running pretty good right though with the 78 getting 35 flat road and slowly climbs I think I'll do some more tweaking on the cvt see what else I can get out of er. Until I get a bbk and exhaust hopefully in a couple weeks .

You will want to stay away from 2t parts on Ebay.
For the most part they are all China Knock Off's. Either deal w/ OEM suppliers or go to SPI.
