Weird....I Just watched the same video on the TAC lists.
Not a gore filled video (some of the TAC videos are VERY tough to watch. These folks make the hardest-hitting safety videos I've ever seen.)
Its message is simple...
Slow Down.
(save the f a s t for the track days)

TAC Victoria make some good 2 wheel riding videos which emphasize safe riding practices...
Spend a few mins refreshing your riding thinking there....
