need fast idle help

Carb now fixed but no more fast idle. I had carb completely apart at one point, basically all screws and jets out. I most probably missed getting something set back to where it needs to be and cannot find in maintenance doc what to check. What can effect fast idle so i can figure out where its off. Outside of fast idle it starts and runs great. Only side effect is it idles a bit off until warm.

It sounds like you forgot to plug in the auto choke, or the connection has failed. Check for 12 volts on the choke side of the connector.

New i hadnt forgot wires but this was the fix. When i finally got a moment to look, the posts were plugged in but about 12 inches down the harness there are quick disconnects. Have no idea why they are there and had not seen them previously, but 1 side had come off. After plugging back in we are good to go. Thx for the idea......
