New big bore and crank installed, when trying to start a loud pop comes from exhaust. 90cc kit and stroker crank from ebay, 28mm and 24mm oko carb v8 exhaust.

Ok, I think it's the timing. I took the key off the crank and readjusted the flywheel. It started then died out. What is the correct degree should the flywheel be set to at tdc

I think you might be looking at it wrong, these flywheels aren't adjustable...... Factory timing should run the engine even with a cylinder and crank. You need to check for air leaks.
