Help Running Lean

My bike is bone stock. I changed the plug and the old one is white what do I need to do help

Grayish-tan to white in color indicates the plug is operating at the proper heat range as well as correct jetting and the cylinder is running healthy. Note that on modern unleaded fuel burning engines that it may be difficult to see the coloration.

You should still see some color. Before getting into the carb., you can try going 1-2 steps colder on the spark plug. A colder plug will have a Higher number. IE:brhs10 vs. brhs11. You should also change the fuel filter. 20 km or so will show you what is going on. If you have a compression gauge I would suggest doing a quick test .

Took the plug to a buddy of mine he looked at it and saw that I had some black soot on my exhaust and said it is right where it needs to be so for now she is perfect

Whew! That was close... I dialed 91, and was waiting to dial the final 1. Good to hear though.
