If it fixes 1 problem, it saved you hundreds at the shop. Money well spent...

Is the wire Lite green, or Dark green? The lite green is the ground that makes the stator work. It MUST be grounded. you can extend it to any point on the frame, or better yet run it to the battery. It originally went to one of the mounting bolts for the electric starter. Use a ring terminal wherever you mount it. The dark green on the 2t models is the wire that controls the rpm limiter, and if in your case it has been cut, it should be continued to the cdi.. In either case you should be able to open the harness a little in the general area to find the continuing end to it.

thanks man. Zombie I,ll go ahead and extend the lite green(if) wire to the battery. Since my my agility is a 4t does the dark green serve a purpose? ;D If it turns out to be dark green?  I promise i'll find a cheap volt meter lol ::)

I'm really confused!  ???  Have all the wires on your scoot been cut?!  Is there a lite green and a dark green wire?  Usually the grounds are dark green.  I don't see any lite green wires in the wiring diagram.  I made a rough wiring diagram hope this helps!

Yeah, shaka's post answered that. It's shown as the negative to the Ign coil. If the wire was simply cut the mating end should still be close to that area.

i swear i can't find the other connection. Zombie said the green wire was originally grounded to the starter. that is realy close. maybe the other part of the green wire was trashed. the green wire is part of the stator harness it comes strieght out of the stator with the other wires.  Right about where the relay is they split the black wrapping and cut green wire coming from the stator.

they also cut a R/B wire in the same location but I think zombie clarified that one by establishing that 2t agility uses redand black wire not 4T of which mine is. Thank you all so much i know i'll get with help from people like you. what do you think? 8)-bono impression lol
