Kymco Agility 50 modified wiring for avoid problems
« on: October 01, 2014, 08:48:15 AM »
Hello

If you want to avoid breakdowns and problems caused by switches, you can change the wiring
I'll start posting for light switches and then I'll post for the other switches.

You can download all the files in a compressed zip here

With theses mods the switches carry only the small current of the coil relays so we dont have problems  never with the switches

In few days i will post the pictures of the pcb wih the relays and the wirings

Nice day

Thanks for the contribution, even though i have never had any trouble with this. :)

I was thinking about letting the battery supply the lighting instead so LED lights can be added, but i don't know what to search for to find the connectors to the wire harness. :)

Have you got a good place to buy them? :D

The main problem I've seen with the switches aren't due to voltage but from corrosion building up on the contacts. But this is still a great write up and useful wiring diagrams. All the bigger bikes have high and low beam relays for the lights.

Also for good lighting you can hook up the lights comeing right from the stator.did my gy6 swap like that worked great.
