Speaking of helmets...
« on: January 01, 2015, 01:24:13 AM »
Has anyone tried the helmets that pump up around your jawline, like the nineties pump sneakers?

I could like this...
Almost...at...speed...limit... Aww, brake lights..

They are ok. My current helmet had this, but the pump was in the chin and my beard/chin always touched it and felt bad so I ripped the pump out lol.

Use them for stabilizers...

Makes me wonder if there's ones you can add to the helmet.
Engineering time!

Zombie, where the hell do you find these things?!?!
One looked like a more tan me on a beat up People 50.
And no need to hate on the high occupancy scoots.
I'm still trying to dream up a legal and safe-ish way to take my four year old on rides further than the closed neighborhood.

My daughter rode on the front of whatever bike I had since she was around four. Around 8 she went to the back.
Out of High School her first "car" was a '79 KZ 400 that we built up together. She thought I was building it for a friend...

Her 9 yo daughter has a Sunnyl 50cc that she rides by herself. It's in the blood.

Mine just turned four. my brother wigs every time i let her get on with me. usually daily for a quick little ride after ive tinkered about with one. She likes the "blue one" (s9)
We agree on that at least...
Made her ride on the cut and zip tied one today. she was still pleased/
