When I get the last child out into the world....I like this idea a lot.
Check your valves and your PSI and get out there!.....as soon as it stops snowing.

It beats the hell out of the RV idea. At least in my book.

My retirement plan is to sell the Homestead, buy a Class C Motorhome and enclosed trailer .

Kayaks on top of trailer that contains two Scooters ,a German Shepherd (or two) and little else.

Travel the Country, stay at Campgrounds and pay for site by working it off ( AND earn some play money) . My husband can do Carpentry/maintenance,Handyman,etc.work. I could teach First Aid/CPR, work with kids staying there ( Recreational Therapy),etc.

Go South in Winter...North in warmer weather.

And Ride,ride,ride in many differing areas !  8) 8) 8)

You can't see me shaking my head, and laughing... I sort of had the feeling that would be you. ::)

I'll try again... It beats the hell out of scrounging around in a VW Bus!

(Stig loves VW's too)

Get a pair of hardtail choppers, a couple of sleeping rags, and a tent. Then all you need is a pistol, a P.B.A card (get out of jail free) and a case of rolling papers (can't smoke a pipe while riding). Everything else is all along the way.
