Hello I've recently got a kymco super 9 bike and just got it running again but the problem I have with it when I use the throttle it won't rev but if I apply the front brake and use the throttle it wants to move but as soon as I let go of the brake it won't rev or move please help it's had a 70cc kit put on but old owner if that helps.

Wow, that's interesting. Personally, I have no clue, but there are several people that should chime in that know their stuff and should be able to help.
