Thanks for the great info bettingandlosing. The stock jet was a.92 so I thought 105 was the best start it's a aluminum bbk so rather start way rich it's a single ring. Building this one as a lil racer bike. Once.I get it all dialed probably upgear it next.

Your little "super 9 party" you have going on there is really tempting me to buy this one here in town.  I get all antsy thinking about having another parked in my carport...

I'm sure that my small army of used and beaten 50cc's doesn't even compare to word slingers garage.

My army runs well mate. Don't be hater cause I own so many. Just tuned the one in this post it's revving at 9000 and doing 92km/h now it's a sweet ride.

Very nice!  My carport her has turned into a small scooter lot recently,  got a tgb and marshin.  Selling the marshin,  fixing the tgb.
Just put the s9 back on the road today with the bbk getting broke in.  I have a feeling I'm going to be dumping money into a carb and exhaust for it soon...

Still waiting on the plugs?  I'm trying to leach off of you a gods place to start at my main since the bbk.  I'm at 95 right now.  Still have a bit until I can plug chop.

Tough call...

Id get 105, 110, 115, 120, 125.

You can get them in steps of two but this will get you close enough to use the needle to compensate.

Go one up on the pilot, try that up to 1/4 - 1/3rd throttle, and then go to the 125, and work down.

It's easiest to set the pilot / low end first. Then you're not stalling all the time trying to set the main.

Hey guys sorry for.my absence on this.post. I ended up installing a 105 mj on a.Airsel 70cc l.q. Unfortunately the bbk calls for a BR9HSA which are not sold in North America. My friend left for.Italy today and is.picking some up. Won't really matter in regards to the main jet after a few cycles first. I realized I had.a.extra technigas pipe kicking around so I thru it.on also. I will update in two weeks.when I.get my plugs.
yes one of.my super 9 was.a.dog.uphill I now use malosssi purple springs in all my bikes. Best 10$ upgrade also invest in a.set of tuning rollers stage 6 sell them.
The.install tear down build was 3 ish hours being slow and cautious. The tricky part is setting the head gasket outer seal it's a bugger.
My 2001 bws with 80cc athena does a 115km hour it's a.crazy.ride.
I've found the br9hs at a local parts store.  No "a". What it is said to stand for is "special design" for the firing tip....  So far so good for me...
Edit :
The br9hs isn't working as well as I thought.  At idle,  after adjusting the fuel ratio as much as I could,  plug still comes out soaked.  Didn't even get to do a wide open plug chop.
I suppose the "special design" makes a difference,  or my kit isn't in need of the colder plug,  being a street kit.
