Are you talking a certain size range or any scooter of any size?

What have you found so far?

I would be willing to bet it's a tmax. Although the myroad has like 40hp, but weighs 700lbs.
2002 Kymco B&W 300; MRP 78MM "300CC", Naraku cam, Yoshimura rS3 exhaust, 17g Sliders, Yellow torque spring drilled airbox, stock carb #115 main #40 pj.

2001 "Yamaha" Zuma AKA MBK Booster; MHR OverRange, Dellorto 19mm BHBG, Polini "big" intake, RS-3 Rear shock, Stock cylinder.

I'm talkin about big size, 400 and up.
The BMW C 600 sport is powerful with 60 hp and 230 kg (dry).

Perhaps the Gilera GP800 .  With 839cc, 75 hp, and a 235k dry weight it has to be in the running.  Aprilia offers a similar model.

I think you're right. They do not pass tests well though... Bad handling

You're talking about maxi scooters, "good" handling is very relative lol.
