Bummer! I'm always skeptical about ordering parts for the s9 online. I've heard a few horror stories of parts never received. I have been known to make sure I get done kind of human response before I order. Except recently, ordered, a day later tried to contact them to cancel, then received the parts the next day, still with no contact. I couldn't believe that I got the posts in 2.5 days.
