Very excited to be a PS250 owner

Hello everyone. I joined this forum as I feel lucky to have gotten a good deal on a salvaged PS250 2010 with 2008 miles on it.
There will be more "plastic" repairs to do but that was the extent of the "damage" done when it was laid down.
It is amazing that an insurance company would total-loss over the plastic being damaged but that seems to be the case.
Just to add a bit of information to others curious I paid $1650 for the scooter from an auto dismantle company that is also sourcing "salvage" scooters.
Salvage scooters can be found on-line by the way.
I love this People S 250 and it is a big step up for me from my 150 cc scooter which I still have and enjoy.
Love to make People S 250 Friends! So hello!

Welcome Ernst,
The PS 250 has been a nice ride, you will enjoy it.
What color did you get?
Can the plastic be repaired or must you replace it?
Post up photos, maybe someone here can help.

Will do on the photos once the sun rises. It is the wee hours atm.
Color is red and although some might say the scooter fell out of the ugly tree with the squared-ness around the radiator; I see it as cool looking!
I see folks looking as I go by and I do get respectful interactions from other "bikers" on the road and in the parking-lot.
It is good!
Thank you for this respectful interaction too!
Photos will follow once daylight comes.
