Mixing rollers (& sliders)
« on: June 29, 2015, 02:04:54 AM »
Not a clue how this all works out....but for weeks have been reading this fellow's comments about his experiences with mixing 2 different roller weights - evenly distributed-
He impresses me if for no other reason than that he removes all the panels on his Forza - just to have a look-see. (trust me, this is a task on Honda scooters which cows most owners!)
He also talks about mixing rollers and sliders.
His graphs are Greek to me....but he seems to have a lot of experience with 250cc (and others) Honda scooters.
Getting ready to rain again here - so this might get entertaining!

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

Take a body builder, and a 5 year old kid. They have to push a car for one mile.

Who's going to do the lions share of the work?

For the 15 minutes it takes to lighten a set of heavy rollers with a dremel... I don't understand why or how anyone would even try mixing weights or types for that matter.

There is nothing mystical in finding the correct balance for your engine but some people insist on doing things with a mystical approach. God bless their little hearts.
