Replacement Fuel Line For an Agility RS 125
« on: July 24, 2015, 01:52:32 AM »
Hi Everyone I am relatively new to the forum....Live in Tasmania Australia and have been reading with interest some of your very informative posts. I have a query re Fuel Line for an Agility RS 125.... Any suggestions on a better Quality fuel for the above scooter would be appreciated as I have been having trouble with the standard line spitting occasionally and would like to replace it with something a little more robust...... I have already done away with the standard clips and replaced them with the small screw type clips that we use for cars etc......Thanks in advance

General purpose fuel line from auto stores should work. Just get the right size, here it's in 1/4in, 5/16ths, 3/8ths etc. Remember if it's a tad small it's rubber and will expand, key is a tad small. Not too big either. Route it away from heat sources as much as you can.

Make sure your fuel line isn't metric, everything else is, including the jis (Japanese Industrial Standard) screw heads. They look like Phillips but there is a slight difference and they can be stripped real easy using a Phillips screwdriver.
