can the suspension be raised?

can you add more space on the suspension to lift the back end and give it some ummmffff?

Per your owner's manual you will see that you can adjust your rear shock pre-load....which might raise you a bit when sitting the seat by stiffening the rear shocks.
Not much is going to happen other than making the shocks ride harsher, but might keep you from "bottoming out" in a pot hole. There just is not that much suspension 'travel' on either end of this scooter. (or any scooter for that matter)
I tried these shock extenders - but the left mounting on the scooter would have required some grinding off to make them work on the LIKE. I did not want to grind away some of my scooter's shock mount So I did not use them. Another option is to buy slightly longer shocks and bolt them in - Progressive makes a set - which I have purchased. However, after improvng the seat 200% I found the ride so improved that I have yet to fit the larger shocks. Might be a winter project.
